Proven track record for successful completion of extensive projects through coordinating trades, developing strong relations and rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients.

Versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, strategic planning and implementation, materials procurement, building codes and regulations, and site management through project close-out.

Over Randy’s nearly 2 decades of experience he has managed complex multi-million dollar projects ranging from rezoning, development, multifamily, Commercial and Residential projects.

We partner with builders to develop new multifamily developments in neighborhoods needing housing in Canada and the United States.

Mr. Britto started his real estate career in the research depart of Marcus & Millichap (M&M), one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage firms in the country. Mr. Britto earned valuable experience at IPA, which specialized in the acquisition and disposition of institutional-quality multifamily communities on a national platform. Underwriting While at IPA, Mr. Britto assisted in the underwriting, research and marketing of more than $15 billion in real estate transactions — totaling over 30,000 units. Mr. Britto transitioned to the brokerage side of the business in 2012, joining one of Marcus & Millichap’s top teams in IPA Student Housing.
