How Pender Hastings Partners Works
We partner with individuals with an interest in a real-estate sector and work with them to build a business. We are currently building businesses in multiplex development in Vancouver, Multifamily development in Phoenix and Medical office investment and development in Florida.
We are experts at scaling businesses and financing. We work closely with our partners to build businesses together.
Our partners have one or two of the characteristics below
- They want to build a real-estate business.
- They have spent time educating themselves on the real-estate industry.
- They have experience as a real-estate investor whether it be single family homes or commercial real-estate.
- They are collaborative. They are able to work with a team.
Scaling any business takes team work. Building a real-estate business takes complimentary skill sets. We look for partners with at least one of the following skill sets.
Sales and marketing
The fuel for a real-estate business is capital. We help sales people raise capital.
Deal origination, underwriting and investment decision making
These individuals are more analytical and like numbers.
Asset management
Asset managers are operators who are responsible for the execution of the business plan whether it be a value-add, new development or property oversight.
